Which payment methods I can use?
Right now, credit/debit card and PayPal are available. Financing and part payments will be soon available.
Where do I enter my discount code?
Sometimes we create time-limited campaigns, and share discount codes. The discount code is entered on the second page of the shopping cart, after choosing the payment method and proceeding.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated separately for each shipment. Please note that all products are not at our main inventory but shipped directly from the artist. Additional customs charges may apply if shipped to or from abroad. We hold the rights to cancel the order if you order to a location not supported by our shipping partner.
How do I receive my order?
The products you ordered are sent to you via a shipping partner, typically Posti. The delivery time is usually 2 - 10 days. Art by Iivanainen will send you the delivery tracking code once it is available.

Can I return my order?
We follow the Finnish law for remote sales, and you have 14 calendar days time to return your order. The return cost is covered by you, unless we confirm based on your contact that the product is deviating from the sales description or damaged. The typical return cost is approximately 20 € via Posti. If you wish to return your purchase, you need to contact us first: firstname.lastname@example.org for return details.
