Giveaway terms and conditions

  1. Organizer
The giveaway is hosted and organized by Diginative Oy Business ID: 2718479-4/Art by Iivanainen (later ”Organizer”). Found on Instagram at @artbyiivanainen. Facebook/Instagram is not affiliated with the giveaway.

 

  1. Participating to the giveaway

 The condition for participation is that the participant likes the giveaway post on Instagram. In addition, a participant may like the @artbyiivanainen account and share the giveaway post, but these are not prerequisites for participating.

The giveaway is available to all countries and regions.

  1. Participation period

Entries are valid between 19.12.2020-31.1.2020. Entries made after that period will not be accepted. The organizer is not responsible for any obstructions or errors in participation due to IT or other issues. 

  1. Giveaway and prize

At the end of the giveaway, on 31st of January 2020, a gift card worth 150€ will be drawn among all participants. It can be used in the Art by Iivanainen online store. The prize cannot be converted directly into cash. Also, any remaining portion of the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. Redeeming the prize and restrictions

The winner of the giveaway will be given information about the win and more detailed instructions on how to redeem the prize in a private message on Instagram. The winner agrees to comply with these instructions and Diginative Oy / Art by Iivanainen is not responsible for the consequences of non-compliance in any way. If the prize announcement or the prize itself cannot be delivered to the winner for any reason that is no fault of the Organizer, the Organizer is not obliged to deliver the prize or the corresponding compensation to the winner. If the winner is not reached within two weeks of messaging about the win, the Organizer of the giveaway has the right to re-organize the giveaway and draw a new winner.

 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or be demanded in another form. The Organizer may refuse to award the prize or reclaim the prizes awarded on the basis of dishonesty, lack of eligibility or any other similar circumstance. 

  1. Conditions

The participant agrees that the Organizer may use the participant's name / nickname and image in any publication or marketing without express consent or compensation.

  1. Organizer's liability for damages

The winner of the prize releases the Organizer from all liability and costs that may arise from participating in the competition or receiving or using the prize. However, this expulsion does not affect the consumer's rights under the Consumer Protection Act. The Organizer's liability to the participants is limited to the amount and value of the prize that is the subject of the competition. The winner will be responsible for any other costs associated with the acceptance or implementation of the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or to another product / service. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to comply with these rules of the competition and the decisions of the Organizer.

  1. Lottery tax

The Organizer will pay statutory lottery tax on all prizes subject to taxation.

  1. Processing of personal data and right of publication

The personal data of the participants are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. By participating in the competition, the participant grants the Organizer the right to use the name, nickname and / or statement of the winner in the information related to the competition in various media without separate consent or separate compensation.

  1. Changes to terms

The Organizer reserves the right to change these rules.
