"These drawings were created during the first phases of lockdown when there was a lot of time to waste and there was craving for adventure in the air. It was a perfect opportunity to stray from my usual style of illustration and towards expressive realism. The subjects were familiar, a room in my flat and a person whose art I’ve been consuming a lot. But they were portrayed through a lense of unfamiliar technique resulting in something dreamy and whimsical.""
