"For me, creating art is a way to relax. It allows me to give full focus on something new and get lost in the work at hand. Sometimes it also helps to bring forth thoughts and feelings that I would otherwise be unable to depict.
Making art evokes joy and excitement. Sometimes I just run away with it, but I also love meticulous crafting.
It feels that visual expression and artisanal work have always been a part of my life. Through different studies I’ve gained confidence in my craftmanship and gained opportunities to execute different techniques. Ceramics, for example, have a dear place in my heart."
