Ilkka Halminen is a Finnish artist who has worked with arts most of his life, making art his full-time occupation for the last 13 years. His latests projects include collaboration with municipal schools and currently he is focused on working with collages. Ilkka prefers to use natural materials and recycled and ecological articles in his works.
